27th August 2004 Windsurfing: Calshot Wind Direction: West Wind Stength: 15knts Surf / Sea State: choppy as hell Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: Rain Max Speed: Distance Covered: One other person on the water, could hardley move on his 6.0 and dispite him telling me it was much windier further out, I rigged as big as I could. Cruised out the first time and suddenly realised just how windy it was - but how har out I had to go to get to it. Normally I don't mind going far out to sea, but not into the main southampton shipping lane! Decided I was going to die, so came back in and de-rigged all depressed. |
